Job summary

PathWays of Southwestern Pennsylvania is seeking independent contractor Occupational Therapists to serve infants and toddlers (0–3) in Greene and Fayette Counties, PA. Deliver therapy in homes, daycares, and community spaces, with a focus on building routines and milestones.

Qualifications

• OT degree from an accredited program.
• PA OT license and certification.
• PA clearances (Child Abuse, Criminal Background, FBI).
• Valid driver's license.
• Professional liability insurance.
• Enrollment in Pennsylvania’s Promise System.
• Physical ability to work with energetic toddlers.
• Tech-savvy for laptop documentation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver occupational therapy to children in natural daily settings.
• Collaborate with families to build routines and developmental goals.
• Prepare session notes and progress reports.
• Coordinate with county service coordinators to support each child.
