• Provide in-home therapy services for diverse pediatric diagnoses.
• Engage and communicate with patients' families.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
• Maintain documentation of care provided and treatment plan changes.
• Participate in meetings to discuss patient progress and strategies.
