Job summary

Home Health of Western Colorado is seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide pediatric therapy at client homes in Montrose, CO. This full-time role offers a schedule of Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm, with travel duties and mileage reimbursement for in-home visits.

Applicants must be licensed in Colorado, have at least one year of OT experience, and hold a valid driver’s license with transportation. Great team, purpose-driven work, and growth opportunities await.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed or registered in Colorado as an Occupational Therapist.
• Minimum of one year experience as an Occupational Therapist.
• Must have a valid driver’s license, proof of insurance and have means of transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing therapy to clients per physician orders and document progress.
• Evaluate and treat clients, communicating with families and health team members.
• Supervise OT assistants/rehabilitation aides and help coordinate scheduling and transportation.
