Urrly, Inc. invites a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner to deliver in-home preventive pediatric care across Pima County and surrounding areas in Arizona.

You’ll conduct scheduled Well-Child Visits, review medical history, screenings, and coordinate follow-up while traveling locally. The role offers flexible scheduling, competitive per-visit pay of 120 USD, a $5,000 sign-on bonus, and an independent field-based workflow.

Competenze

• Active Nurse Practitioner license in Arizona.
• PNP-PC certification or pediatric NP specialty.
• Arizona Medicaid enrollment or eligibility.

Mansioni

• Conduct scheduled in-home Well-Child Visits across Coconino County.
• Review pediatric medical history, risk factors, vitals, and screenings.
• Complete preventive pediatric assessments and document findings in EMR.
• Educate patients/families on next steps and care plans.
• Identify care gaps and coordinate follow-up.
• Manage local travel/routes without daily clinic reporting.
