Urrly, Inc. is hiring a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner to deliver in-home Well-Child Visits across Coconino County, AZ. You’ll work independently, travel locally, and set your own schedule while focusing on preventive pediatric care.

The role requires AZ NP licensure, Medicaid enrollment, and pediatric certification. You’ll assess, document, and educate families, ensuring timely follow-up and continuity of care in children's homes.

Qualifications

• Active NP license in Arizona.
• Registered or enrolled with Arizona Medicaid.
• PNP-PC or equivalent pediatric NP certification.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Comfortable working independently in patients’ homes.

Responsabilités

• Conduct scheduled in-home Well-Child Visits across Coconino County.
• Review pediatric medical history, risk factors, vitals, and screening info.
• Complete preventive and age-appropriate pediatric assessments.
• Document visit findings accurately in the EMR.

Pediatric Nurse Practitioner

Set your own schedule and bring pediatric preventive care directly to children and families across Coconino County, Arizona. In this field-based role, you’ll complete scheduled in-home Well-Child Visits, identify needs early, close care gaps, and help families stay connected to appropriate follow-up care.

$5,000 SIGN-ON BONUS

$2,500 paid after 30 days + $2,500 paid after 90 days.

Sign-on bonus is subject to clawback if 90 days of employment are not completed.

We’re hiring for 1 opening.

Role Snapshot

• Pay: $120 per completed visit
• No-show pay: $45 for qualifying no-show visits

What You’ll Do

• Conduct scheduled in-home Well-Child Visits throughout Coconino County.
• Review pediatric medical history, risk factors, vitals, and appropriate screening information.

• Document visit findings accurately in the EMR.
• Educate patients and families on recommended next steps.
• Identify care gaps and coordinate appropriate follow-up.
• Manage your local route without reporting to a clinic each day.

What You’ll Need

• Active Nurse Practitioner license in Arizona.
• Registered/enrolled with Arizona Medicaid.
• PNP-PC certification, or another NP certification appropriate to provide pediatric services within your population focus, education, national certification, and demonstrated competency.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Comfort working independently in patients’ homes.
