Visiting Angels Northwest Arkansas is hiring In Home Patient Care Assistants (PCA) to serve clients across Northwest Arkansas, including Lowell, Bentonville, Rogers and Centerton. This role offers flexible shifts, competitive wages, and opportunities for advanced training in dementia and Alzheimer’s care.

As a PCA, you’ll assist clients with personal care, mobility, meals, and light housekeeping, while reporting health changes and ensuring safety.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Ability to manage multiple duties with reliable transportation.
• Comfort with housekeeping and cooking duties while following safety rules.
• Willingness to comply with health and safety standards and background checks.
