Visiting Angels Quad Cities, IA is hiring an In Home Patient Care Assistant (PCA) to enrich clients' quality of life in the Quad Cities area including Eldridge, Pleasant Valley, Davenport, and more. You will assist with personal care, mobility, meals, light housekeeping, and companionship under personalized care plans.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license, car insurance, and a reliable vehicle.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• First Aid and emergency response training (provided if needed).
• Reliable transportation to client homes.

Responsibilities

• Help clients with personal care and hygiene.
• Assist with light exercise or walks.
• Plan and prepare meals with clients.
• Handle light housekeeping duties.
• Report health changes or incidents.
• Provide companionship.
• Respond quickly in emergencies.
• Accompany and supervise clients during shopping trips.
• Remind clients to take medications.
• Assist mobility and errands.
