Human Touch Home Health is seeking Occupational Therapists for full-time, part-time, and PRN opportunities in Rockville, Gaithersburg, Olney, and surrounding Montgomery County communities. Choose your territory and employment option to fit your life.

You’ll perform comprehensive OT evaluations, develop plans of care, and help patients improve independence with ADLs in home health settings, coordinating with the team and documenting in WellSky.

Qualifications

• Active Maryland OT license required.
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Strong assessment and treatment skills.
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
• Ability to work independently.

Responsabilités

• Perform comprehensive OT evaluations.
• Develop individualized plans of care.
• Help patients improve independence with ADLs.
• Provide therapeutic interventions to improve functional ability.
• Address bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, meal preparation, and household activities.
• Assess home safety and fall risks.
• Coordinate with physicians and the interdisciplinary team.
• Complete accurate documentation using WellSky.
• Complete reassessments and discharge planning.
