Job summary

FOX Rehabilitation is expanding its occupational therapy services in Waterloo, IA, seeking licensed OTs to deliver one-on-one care to older adults in homes and senior living communities. The role emphasizes autonomy, flexible scheduling, and building lasting patient relationships through our Geriatric House Calls model.

You'll treat clients at private residences or senior living facilities, use telehealth when appropriate, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Current, valid OT license in the state(s) of practice.
• Degree from an accredited OT program.
• Ability to meet physical demands of in-home care.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one occupational therapy to older adults in homes and senior living communities.
• Develop and implement treatment plans to improve mobility and independence.
• Document care in FOX EMR in compliance with standards.
• Collaborate with PTs, OTs, SLPs, and Fitness Specialists.
• Offer telehealth when appropriate to extend access.
