Zusammenfassung

FOX Rehabilitation seeks licensed Occupational Therapists to deliver one-on-one care in patients’ homes and Senior Living communities in Waterloo, IA. You’ll evaluate, plan, and provide evidence-based treatment, helping older adults improve mobility and independence.

Clinicians may use telehealth to extend reach, with autonomy to schedule and manage care. A collaborative, interdisciplinary team supports clinician growth and patient outcomes.

Qualifikationen

• Licensed OT in IA and degree from an accredited OT program.
• CPR certification is required.
• Proficiency with EMR systems and telehealth platforms is preferred.

Aufgaben

• Provide one-on-one OT to older adults in homes or community settings.
• Perform evaluations, develop plans of care, and deliver evidence-based treatment.
• Document effectively in the EMR system per regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team (PTs, OTs, SLPs, Fitness Specialists).
• Educate patients, caregivers, and staff to promote safety and independence.
• Provide telehealth/virtual care when appropriate to extend access.
