Job summary

FOX Rehabilitation is expanding its Occupational Therapy services in Vancouver, WA, offering one-on-one in-home care to older adults in private residences and senior living communities. Therapists design individualized plans, perform evaluations, and deliver evidence-based treatments to improve mobility and independence.

Clinicians have autonomy to manage their schedule, with possibilities for telehealth and virtual care to extend access and continuity of care across settings.

Qualifications

• Valid Occupational Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or eligibility to obtain.
• Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program
• Basic computer and EMR proficiency
• Current CPR certification

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one Occupational therapy to older adults wherever they call home (private residences, senior living communities, etc).
• Perform evaluations, develop individualized plans of care, and deliver evidence-based treatment.
• Deliver therapy sessions that support patient wellness, mobility and independence.
• Document effectively within FOX's EMR system per regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of PTs, OTs, SLPs, and Fitness Specialists.
• Educate patients, caregivers, and senior living staff to promote safety and aging in place.
• Provide telehealth / virtual care when appropriate to extend access and flexibility.
