You will work with physicians, nurses, and caregivers to guide recovery and maximize independence, with autonomy in clinical decision-making and a supportive team framework.

Formación

• Valid California Occupational Therapist License is required.
• Current CPR certification is required.
• Minimum 2 years of clinical OT experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide high-quality OT services in patients' homes.
• Educate patients, caregivers, and families to support recovery and independence.
• Evaluate functional status and home safety; recommend adaptive equipment.
• Develop individualized treatment plans with measurable goals.
• Maintain timely and compliant clinical documentation.
