TalentBurst, Inc. is seeking a local contract Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for Bourne, Massachusetts. The role provides outpatient rehabilitation services, primarily in the home setting or in independent living facilities, under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist.

The schedule offers a flexible environment and consistent patient care in diverse settings. You will implement OT interventions focused on cognitive skills, mobility, daily living activities, and safety.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid license in the state(s) of practice, or proof of license eligibility.
• Must have a valid driver’s license or reliable transportation to and from patients' residences.

Responsabilités

• Attends and contributes to patient care and meetings as a representative of occupational therapy.
• Adheres to treatment schedules and documentation requirements.
• Develops patient programs with rehabilitation team to match patient needs and capabilities.
• Instructs patients and families in skills and techniques of occupational therapy.
• Maintains timely documentation for all patients treated.
• Cleans and maintains equipment and reports needs for repair.
