A NY license is required, with CAOTE-accredited education and a strong record of initiative and independent work. The position offers comprehensive medical, dental and vision benefits, a 401K plan with company match, a $10K sign-on

Qualifications

• Two (2) years of experience preferred.
• Ability to exercise initiative and communicate proactively.

Responsibilities

• Provide physician-prescribed occupational therapy to improve or minimize residual physical disabilities.
• Maintain ongoing communication with the physician and healthcare team regarding patient status and care needs.
