Per diem position paying $110–$130 per visit, with flexible scheduling and potential for full-time conversion based on performance. Travel to patient homes is required within the Oakland area and surrounding locales.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an OT curriculum accredited by the relevant associations.
• Registered with NBCOT.
• Active California Occupational Therapy license.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ functional abilities and home environments for safety.
• Develop personalized treatment plans and coordinate with physicians and care teams.
• Teach daily living skills and retrain patients after illness or injury.
• Instruct on adaptive equipment and orthotic devices as needed.
• Maintain clinical records and report changes in patient condition.
