Qualifications

• Graduate OT program accredited by AMA/AOTA.
• NBCOT registration or equivalent.
• Active California OT license required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients in their homes for functional abilities and safety.
• Develop and communicate personalized OT treatment plans.
• Teach daily living skills and adapt equipment as needed.
• Instruct patients and caregivers on home safety and assistive devices.
• Maintain accurate clinical records and notify changes in condition.
