Job summary

Qualifications

• Licensed or registered in Colorado as an Occupational Therapist.
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program or eligible for certification.
• Minimum of one year of relevant experience.
• Valid driver's license, proof of insurance, and transportation.
