Job summary

Qualifications

• Licensed or regulated as an occupational therapy assistant in the practicing state.
• ACOTE-accredited OTA program graduate.
• Eligible to take NBCOT exam for certification.
• Two years experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate function and develop plan of care.
• Prepare clinical and progress notes.
• Coordinate with physicians, families and care staff.
