FOX Rehabilitation is growing in Easton, PA, seeking licensed Occupational Therapists to deliver one-on-one care in older adults’ homes or senior living communities. You’ll develop plans of care, deliver evidence-based treatment, and document in FOX’s EMR with regulatory compliance.

The role offers autonomy to create your own schedule, opportunities for telehealth integration, and a collaborative team of PTs, OTs, SLPs, and Fitness Specialists dedicated to aging in place and meaningful patient

Formación

• Must hold a current Occupational Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or eligibility to obtain
• Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program
• Basic computer and EMR proficiency
• Current CPR certification

Responsabilidades

• Provide one-on-one Occupational therapy to older adults wherever they call home (private residences, senior living communities, independent living, assisted living, memory care)
• Perform evaluations, develop individualized plans of care, and deliver evidence-based treatment
• Deliver therapy sessions that support patient wellness, longevity, mobility, and functional independence
• Document effectively within FOX’s EMR system in accordance with regulatory standards
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of PTs, OTs, SLPs, and Fitness Specialists
• Educate patients, caregivers, and senior living staff to promote safety, function, and aging in place
• Provide telehealth / virtual care when appropriate to extend access and flexibility
