Job summary

Fox Rehabilitation is expanding in Stroudsburg, PA, seeking licensed Occupational Therapists to deliver one-on-one care to older adults in homes or senior living settings. You will support mobility and independence while scheduling your own treatments and engaging with patients in meaningful ways.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed or eligible to obtain OT licensure in the state(s) of practice.
• Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program is required.
• Basic computer and EMR proficiency is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one Occupational therapy to older adults in homes or community settings.
• Deliver therapy sessions that support mobility, independence, and function.
• Document effectively within FOX’s EMR system per regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team (PTs, OTs, SLPs, Fitness Specialists).
• Provide telehealth / virtual care when appropriate to extend access.
