FOX Rehabilitation is growing in Palmerton, PA, seeking licensed Occupational Therapists to deliver one-on-one care to older adults in homes or Senior Living Communities. You will assess, plan, and provide evidence-based therapy to improve mobility and independence, while documenting in FOX’s EMR system.

Formación

• Valid Occupational Therapy license in state(s) of practice or eligibility to obtain
• Current CPR certification

Responsabilidades

• Provide one-on-one occupational therapy to older adults in homes or communities
• Perform evaluations, develop plans of care, and deliver evidence-based treatment
• Deliver therapy sessions to support mobility, independence, and safety
• Document effectively in FOX’s EMR system according to regulatory standards
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team (PTs, OTs, SLPs, Fitness Specialists)
• Educate patients, caregivers, and staff to promote safety and aging in place
• Provide telehealth/virtual care when appropriate to extend access
