Job summary

FOX Rehabilitation is growing in Carson City, NV, and surrounding locations, and we’re seeking licensed Occupational Therapists who deliver one-on-one care to older adults in private residences or Senior Living Communities.

You will create and manage your own treatment schedule, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team, with options to incorporate telehealth and virtual care for greater flexibility and continuity of care.

Qualifications

• Licensed Occupational Therapist is required.
• Experience delivering in-home or senior living care preferred.
• Ability to develop plans of care and deliver evidence‑based treatment.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one Occupational therapy to older adults in homes or communities.
• Perform evaluations, develop individualized plans of care, and deliver evidence-based treatment.
• Deliver therapy sessions that support patient wellness, mobility, and functional independence.
• Document effectively within FOX’s EMR system in accordance with regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of PTs, OTs, SLPs, and Fitness Specialists.
• Educate patients, caregivers, and senior living staff to promote safety, function, and aging in place.
• Provide telehealth / virtual care when appropriate to extend access and flexibility.
