Job summary

Stern at Home Therapy seeks Occupational Therapists to provide in-home care in the Stamford, CT area. Options include part-time W-2, full-time salary, or 1099 visit-based pay brackets with potential to earn up to $145,000 annually based on caseload and visit volume.

The role emphasizes one-on-one care, clinical autonomy, flexible scheduling, and strong administrative support. Connecticut licensure and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• Active OT license in CT.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Ability to work independently in home-based setting.
• Home health experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform occupational therapy evaluations and develop individualized plans of care.
• Provide one-on-one treatments based on each patient's functional needs and goals.
• Manage individualized treatment plans with clinical autonomy.
• Help patients improve mobility, strength, balance, safety, and overall function.
• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Communicate with patients, families, physicians, and members of the clinical team.
• Coordinate with our administrative team regarding scheduling, patient care, and logistics.
• Manage your caseload based on your availability and employment structure.
