Stern at Home Therapy is hiring Occupational Therapists (OTs) to provide one-on-one care to patients in their homes throughout Rockland County, NY. We offer multiple ways to fit your goals, including part-time W-2, full-time salary or visit-based pay brackets, and 1099 options.

Full-time 1099 visit-based pay brackets can earn up to $145,000 annually based on visit volume. You’ll work with geriatric patients, maintain clinical autonomy, and enjoy flexible scheduling and strong administrative

Qualifications

• Active OT license in New York required.
• Home health experience preferred but not required.
• Strong clinical, communication, and time-management skills.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Ability to work independently in a home-based setting.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat geriatric patients in their homes in Rockland County.
• Perform occupational therapy evaluations and develop individualized plans of care.
• Provide one-on-one treatments based on patient goals and functional needs.
• Coordinate with families, physicians, and the clinical team.
• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Manage caseload and scheduling per availability.
