Qualifications

• Active NY Occupational Therapist license.

• Strong clinical, communication, and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat geriatric patients in patients' homes throughout New Rochelle.
• Develop and manage individualized plans of care with full clinical autonomy.
• Help patients improve independence, safety, mobility, and ADL performance.
• 1:1 care at every visit; no double-booking.
• Complete timely clinical documentation with admin support for scheduling and logistics.
• Manage your caseload based on availability and employment structure.
