FOX Rehabilitation is growing in Lebanon, IN, and seeks licensed Occupational Therapists to deliver one-on-one care in homes and senior living communities. Clinicians may use telehealth to extend access and flexibility while building strong patient relationships.

You’ll manage your own schedule, collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, and impact quality of life for older adults through evidence-based, patient-centered therapy.

Competenze

• Valid OT license in the state(s) of practice or eligibility to obtain
• Degree from an accredited OT program
• Basic computer and EMR proficiency
• Current CPR certification

Mansioni

• Provide one-on-one occupational therapy to older adults in home or senior living settings.
• Perform evaluations, develop plans of care, and deliver evidence-based treatment.
• Deliver therapy sessions to improve mobility, independence and functional outcomes.
• Document effectively within FOX’s EMR system per regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team (PTs, OTs, SLPs, Fitness Specialists)
• Educate patients, caregivers, and staff to promote safety and aging in place
• Provide telehealth / virtual care when appropriate to extend access
