FOX Rehabilitation in Hazlet, NJ is seeking licensed Occupational Therapists to deliver in-home and senior‑living OT care to older adults. You will assess, plan, and implement personalized therapy to improve mobility and independence, working within a flexible schedule that may include telehealth.

Qualifications

• Valid Occupational Therapy license in the state(s) of practice or eligibility to obtain.
• Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Basic computer and EMR proficiency.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsabilités

• Provide one-on-one Occupational therapy to older adults in homes or communities.
• Perform evaluations, develop plans of care, and deliver evidence-based treatment.
• Deliver therapy sessions supporting wellness, mobility, and independence.
• Document effectively within FOX’s EMR system per regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team.
• Educate patients, caregivers, and staff to promote safety and aging in place.
• Provide telehealth/virtual care when appropriate.
