Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) for a full-time home health role in Towson, MD. You will conduct patient visits across Baltimore City, assess function, cognition, and ADL/IADL performance, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to plan individualized care.

Required Maryland OT license, 1+ year OT experience, and strong independence with excellent communication and time-management skills.

Qualifications

• Maryland OT license is required.
• Graduation from an OT program accredited by AMA/AOTA.
• Minimum of 1 year of OT experience.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Responsibilities

• Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories.
• Evaluate patients’ functional status including ADL/IADL performance.
• Assess cognitive, psychological and motor aspects and develop intervention plans.
• Evaluate home environment for hazards and adaptations.
• Document observations and interventions in EMR.
