Job summary

Obran Cooperative, through Apollo Home Healthcare, seeks an Occupational Therapist to provide in-home evaluations and treatments in the Northern California Bay Area. You will assess function, design individualized plans, and help patients regain independence in daily activities while supervising COTAs and coordinating with the medical team.

The role requires active CA OT licensure, CPR/BLS certification, and willingness to travel to patient homes.

Qualifications

• Licensed OT in California is required
• Active California OT license
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Home health experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home OT evaluations and treatments per physician plan of care
• Assess strength, coordination, mobility, and home safety
• Develop and update individualized treatment plans
• Help patients improve independence with daily activities
• Educate patients and caregivers on exercises and adaptive techniques
• Document evaluations and progress in EMR promptly
• Communicate progress to care team and physician
• Supervise COTAs per state guidelines
