Job summary

Apollo Home Healthcare is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist for in-home evaluation and treatment across Northern California's Bay Area. You will supervise a COTA and collaborate with a care team to deliver patient-centered care in the home.

Full-time or part-time/per diem positions available with competitive pay and a signing bonus. Travel to patient homes and comprehensive benefits are included for eligible roles.

Qualifications

• Accredited OT program graduate with MA/OTD or Doctorate.
• Active California OT license and CPR/BLS certification.
• Home health experience and state regulations compliance.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home OT evaluations and treatments per physician plan.
• Assess strength, mobility, and safe home functioning.
• Create and update individualized treatment plans.
• Promote independence in activities of daily living.
• Educate patients/caregivers on exercises and safety.
• Document visits and progress in EMR in a timely manner.
• Communicate with care team and physician about patient progress.
• Supervise COTAs per state guidelines.
• Participate in care planning and discharge planning.
