Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise OT Assistants, temporary licensees and students as allowed by state licensure.
• Adhere to department schedule, clinical and billing documentation requirements.
• Attend and contribute to patient care and staff meetings.
• Refer to other disciplines to meet patient needs as appropriate.
• Consult with rehabilitation team and physicians to select the best therapeutic plan.
• Adapt plans of care to patient needs.
• Ensure safety and report hazards; order supplies as needed.
