Responsibilities

• Visit members in their homes to perform health evaluations.
• Conduct medication and medical history reviews and physical evaluations.
• Provide diagnostic & preventive services as indicated by health plan; conduct virtual visits as needed.
• Travel locally and within licensed states; participate in the national clinician network.
