Qualifications

• Complete NP licensure to include prescription authority.
• BLS, ACLS or CPR certification required.
• 1+ year NP experience preferred; new grads welcome.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive health assessments in-home.
• Administer point-of-care testing as needed.
• Collaborate with other health professionals for patient care.

Skills

Master’s Degree or commensurate experience

Current NP licensure

AANP, AACN, or ANCC board certification

Current BLS, ACLS or CPR certification

1 year of NP experience

Valid state driver's license

Strong computer skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
