Job summary

The Helper Bees is seeking an Independent Contracted Nurse to perform in-home cognitive and functional assessments for claimants. You will use a portable computer or tablet with camera and work as a 1099 contract role.

Assessments are completed face-to-face in the claimant's homes and paid at $125 per assessment within a 35‑mile radius. Submissions are online with a 24‑hour turnaround and a 48‑hour follow‑up for clarifications. A RN license and 5+ years in geriatrics are required.

Qualifications

• Active RN license.
• 5+ years as an RN in geriatrics.
• Familiar with medications and conditions common in geriatric care.
• Reliable internet for submitting assessments.
• Comfort with computers and current technology.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth cognitive and functional assessments in clients' homes.
• Complete structured assessments with emphasis on accuracy and efficiency.
• Observe and report current status of individuals objectively.
• Coordinate scheduling with clients or contacts using provided information.
• Submit assessments within 24 hours; respond to clarifications within 48 hours.
