Job summary

The Helper Bees is seeking Independent Contractor Nurses to conduct in-home cognitive and functional assessments for claimants. This per diem, 1099 role requires a reliable laptop or tablet and a commitment to accurate reporting from clients' homes.

Responsibilities include structured assessments, objective observation, and timely submission within 24 hours. Assessments are compensated at $125 per completed report within a 35-mile radius.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed RN with 5+ years of experience.
• Ability to perform in-home cognitive and functional assessments.
• Reliable internet for submitting assessments.
• Proficient with technology and online applications.

Responsibilities

• Perform face-to-face cognitive and functional assessments in claimant homes.
• Complete structured assessments with accuracy and efficiency.
• Observe and report the current status of the individual with objectivity.
• Coordinate scheduling with client or contact person.
• Submit assessment within 24 hours; reviewer contacts within 48 hours.
