In-Home Nurse Assessor — Per Diem

Job summary

The Helper Bees invite you to join as an Independent Contracted Nurse conducting in-home cognitive and functional assessments for claimants under a per diem contract. Assessments are completed face to face in the claimant’s homes and submitted within 24 hours with follow-up clarifications within 48 hours.

You will need a portable computer with Windows/tablet with camera, and you will be paid $125 per assessment within a 35 mile radius after completion of each assessment.

Qualifications

• Must have RN license and 5+ years with geriatric patients.
• Experience with cognitive and functional assessments preferred.
• Proficient with using computers/tablets and online forms.
• Good communication and objective reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct face-to-face cognitive and functional assessments in clients' homes.
• Submit structured assessments within 24 hours; respond to clarifications within 48 hours.
• Coordinate scheduling with clients or points of contact.
• Remain objective and report current status of individuals.
