Job summary

Northeast Healthcare Recruitment is seeking Independent Contractor NPs to perform in-home health assessments for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and commercial plans. You set your own schedule with pre-populated forms and structured workflows; no treatment plans are required. High visit volume and no nights or weekends.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted state NP license.
• Board certification: FNP, AGNP, or ANP.
• Reliable personal transportation.
• Available for at least 40 hours/month.
• Must have 1+ year of experience working as NP.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home health assessments using pre-populated forms.
• Manage visits across counties in your assigned region.
• Complete the visit, submit the form, and close the case.
• Travel assignments with stipends may be available.
