Job summary

Northeast Healthcare Recruitment is seeking 1099 Nurse Practitioners to perform in-home health assessments for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and commercial plans. You set your own schedule with no required office hours; high visit volume and inclusive short-term or long-term contracts make this a flexible option.

New grads welcome. Expect travel across counties, no nights or weekends, and malpractice insurance included.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted NP license in your state.
• Board certification: FNP, AGNP, or ANP.
• Reliable personal transportation with a valid driver’s license.
• Available for at least 60 hours per month.
• New grads welcome; no required prior experience.

Responsibilities

• Pre-scheduled home visits with pre-populated patient forms.
• Complete assessments and submit forms; no treatment plans.
• Manage travel to patients across counties in your region.
• Maintain malpractice insurance coverage as part of contract.
