Job summary

Northeast Healthcare Recruitment is seeking a flexible NP to perform in-home health assessments for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and commercial plans. You control your days, hours, and weekly volume, with pre-populated forms and no treatment plans to manage.

Earn $110 per completed assessment plus a $60 daily stipend for each 8-hour day of availability, plus $25 no-show reimbursement. Minimum 40 hours per month, travel across counties, and malpractice insurance included.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted state NP license.
• Board certification: FNP, AGNP, or ANP.
• Reliable transportation and availability for 40 hours/month.
• 1+ year NP experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform in-home health assessments for Medicare/Medicaid/commercial plans.
• Use pre-populated forms and structured workflows.
• Submit forms after visits.
