Northeast Healthcare Recruitment is seeking Nurse Practitioners (NPs) to perform in-home health assessments for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and commercial plans. This 1099 role offers pre-populated forms, structured workflows, and no treatment plans to manage.

You set your own schedule with visits across multiple counties in your region. The role emphasizes high visit volume, no nights or weekends, and both short- and long-term contracts, with travel stipends and malpractice insurance included.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted state NP license.
• Board certification: FNP, AGNP, or ANP.
• Reliable personal transportation.
• Available for at least 40 hours/month.
• 1+ year of NP experience.

Responsibilities

• Pre-scheduled visits with pre-populated patient forms.
• 40 hours/month minimum commitment.
• Visits span multiple counties in your assigned region.
• No nights or weekends required.
