Qualifications

• Active state NP license is required for applicants.
• Board certification in Family, Adult-Geriatric, or Adult Nursing is necessary.
• No specific experience required; new grads may apply.

Responsibilities

• Conduct pre-scheduled, in-home health assessments.
• Complete assessments with no follow-up or treatment plans.
• Manage your own schedule with flexible hours.

Skills

Active, unrestricted state NP license
