Rehab Without Walls Neuro Rehabilitation in Phoenix, AZ is hiring a patient-facing support role to work closely with Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapists. You will assist in implementing treatment activities, help document patient progress, and maintain a clean, safe treatment area.

You must have a high school diploma, a valid driver's license, and prior health-care related experience is a plus. The position requires teamwork, reliability, and professionalism while upholding HIPAA

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 6 months of related work/volunteer experience in healthcare preferred.
• Strong interest in physical, occupational and/or speech therapy preferred.
• Demonstrates effective and professional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license with auto liability insurance and 2+ years driving experience.
• Background check compliant with company standards.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in implementing treatment activities with therapists as directed.
• Record patient progress for therapists as requested.
• Collaborate with patients and team, maintaining professional communication and boundaries.
• Report safety concerns to management immediately.
• Keep treatment areas organized and clean.
• Accompany patients on community outings as needed.
• Drive the van transporting patients on community outings as needed.
• Maintain HIPAA privacy practices and company ethics compliance.
• Maintain a professional appearance, be reliable and punctual, and cooperate during duties.
• Attend internal staff development programs as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
