Job summary

Adelphoi is seeking compassionate therapists to join our Multisystemic Therapy (MST) teams across PA, providing in-home therapy and assessments to youth and families. A bachelor’s degree is required, with a Master’s preferred, and a commitment to evidence-based practice.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master’s degree preferred in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field.
• Strong work ethic & initiative; passion for helping youth and families.
• Valid driver’s license, car insurance, and clearances (FBI, Act 33 & 34) with assistance provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home therapy using an evidence-based model (MST).
• Conduct thorough assessments to understand youth and family dynamics and strengths.
• Engage primary caregivers and other key participants to create long-term positive change.
• Collaborate with schools, agencies, and community organizations.
• Participate in weekly team supervision, training, and treatment planning.
