Empower Community Care is seeking a Community-Based Therapist to deliver Multisystemic Therapy (MST) to youth aged 12–17 and their families in home and community settings. The role emphasizes strength-based approaches, collaboration with caregivers, and intensive skill-building within the family ecology.

You will receive ongoing MST training and supervision, work with diverse families, and travel within the territory, including evenings and weekends as required.

Qualifikationen

• Master's degree in clinical or counseling psychology, social work, or related field.
• Professional licensure as LPC-Associate, LMFT-Associate, or LMSW under supervision; full licensure preferred.

Aufgaben

• Provide direct clinical treatment using the MST model.
• Conduct thorough client and family assessments to inform treatment.
• Engage primary caregiver and family members in change-oriented treatment.
• Coordinate with school, probation, child welfare, and community agencies.
• Weekly case planning and evaluation with supervision.
• Participate in regular training, supervision, and consultation.
• Ensure clients have 24/7 access to support when needed.
