Adelphoi is seeking compassionate Mental Health Therapists to join our Multisystemic Therapy (MST) teams across PA. The role provides in-home therapy using an evidence-based model, with flexible scheduling and strong supervision to support professional growth.

Starting salaries range from $53,000 to $63,000 for Master’s–level candidates, plus monthly bonuses averaging about $5,500 annually, with small caseloads and robust benefits to help you advance in a rewarding career.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field is required.
• Master’s degree preferred for eligibility and advancement.
• Valid Driver’s License, Car Insurance, and Clearances (FBI, Act 33 & 34) with agency support.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home therapy using an evidence-based model (MST).
• Conduct thorough assessments of youth and family dynamics.
• Engage primary caregivers and participants to create lasting change.
• Collaborate with schools, agencies, and community organizations.
• Participate in weekly team supervision, training, and treatment planning.
