Memorial Health is seeking a Home Medical Equipment Delivery Technician to transport and deliver durable medical equipment to customers’ homes, including assemblies and in-home setup. You will instruct patients and caregivers on equipment use and safety, and you may be on-call after hours for servicing and troubleshooting.

The role requires at least a high school equivalent, initial training via Med University within 90 days, a valid Illinois driver’s license, and the ability to multitask across

Competenze

• Education equivalent to high school is recommended.
• Minimum one year of customer service experience required.
• Complete Medical Service Technician CBLs within the first 90 days.
• Strong mechanical and assembly aptitude preferred.
• Experience with home medical equipment and in-home setups.
• Basic computer skills to retrieve and enter data.

Mansioni

• Transports and delivers durable medical, mobility, and basic respiratory care equipment to customer homes.
• Assembles and verifies the performance of equipment in customer homes.
• Provides detailed equipment use and care instructions to patients and/or caregivers.
• Works independently after hours on call for delivery or trouble shooting of equipment and supplies.
• Serves as an independent back-up in other key areas in warehouse operations as determined by management.
