GYMGUYZ is the leading in-home personal training company, offering in-home and mobile fitness services. Master Trainers play a key role in delivering tailored workouts, building client relationships, and driving new business.

The role involves creating personalized programs, conducting assessments, closing initial sales, and mentoring other trainers while supporting growth and development within the team.

Qualifications

• Nationally recognized personal training certification is required.
• CPR/AED certification is required.
• Previous sales experience in fitness is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of exercise physiology, anatomy, and nutrition is expected.
• Willingness to travel to clients' homes and work flexible hours.
• Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home and on-site personal training sessions for clients of various levels and goals.
• Create personalized exercise programs using the GYMGUYZ Fitness App.
• Conduct initial assessments and close initial sales to grow the client base.
• Mentor fellow Personal Trainers on the team.
• Perform reassessments and close renewal sales.
• Drive new business through marketing efforts and promote the brand.
