Maxim Healthcare in (Insert location) is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide skilled nursing care in patients' homes, serving pediatric and/or adult clients. Compensation ranges from $25 to $27 per hour with weekly pay. You will join a team focused on high-quality in-home care and patient comfort.

Requirements include active LPN/LVN license in the practicing state, current TB/Chest X‑Ray, and a valid BLS card. Experience preferred but not required for all assignments.

Qualifications

• Currently licensed as an LPN/LVN in the state in which the LPN will practice.
• Current TB or Chest X-Ray.
• Current BLS card.
• One year prior professional nursing experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• On each assignment, provides skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
• Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.
