Job summary

Maxim Healthcare in Denver is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to care for an adult patient in the patient’s home. The role offers hourly pay between $27 and $35 with competitive benefits and weekly paychecks.

Responsibilities include applying the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care, delivering skilled nursing services per orders, and documenting patient data. LPN licensure and BLS are required.

Qualifications

• Currently licensed as an LPN/LVN in the state in which the LPN will practice.
• Current TB or Chest X-Ray.
• Current BLS card.
• One year prior professional nursing experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• On each assignment, provides skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
• Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.
