SYNERGY STAFFING LLC is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to provide in-home nursing care for adult patients in Glendale, CA. Qualifications

• Active California RN license in good standing required.
• Minimum 2–3 years of RN experience, preferably in home health or infusion.
• Reliable transportation and current auto insurance necessary.

Responsibilities

• Perform skilled RN visits in patients’ homes.
• Manage and maintain PICC lines, port-a-caths, and peripheral IVs.
• Administer IV antibiotics and infusion therapies as per physician orders.
• Monitor patient response to treatment and report changes.

Confidence with central lines

Ability to work independently

Education

Active California RN license

Minimum 2-3 years RN experience

Current BLS certification
